Terms and Conditions for Spider online crawling promotional credits:

These Spider Credit Terms and Conditions (“Credit Terms”) govern your eligibility for, receipt, and use of auction credits (“Credit”), which may be redeemed on the Spider Platform (“Platform”) . By redeeming and/or using Credit, you agree to these Credit Terms, the Spider Platform Terms, and the Spider Terms and Policies (as defined in the Spider Platform Terms ). Any capitalized terms that are not defined in these Credit Terms will have the meanings set forth in the Spider Terms and Policies.

Eligibility

• The offer is limited to one per customer.
• A valid credit card is on file.
• You are located in the geographic location which is eligible for the Credit.
• You are legally permitted to receive and use the Credit.
• Once the credits are sent, a user can no longer claim another offer. It is important to take advantage of the offer at the time seen.
• Offer may be revoked at any time for any reason by Spider.

Offer Acceptance / Claim your Offer

• You need to make a single purchase that is equal to or greater than the promotional price to qualify for the reward.
• You can claim Spider Credit via credits page.
• Credit applies to future costs only. Credit cannot be applied to costs accrued before the promotional offer was applied to your Spider account.

Spider, in its sole discretion, may exclude certain users from a special offer or promotion, including if Spider believes that you are attempting to claim multiple offers by opening multiple accounts.
