Spider credits program.

These Spider Credit Terms and Conditions ("Credit Terms") govern your eligibility for, receipt, and use of promotional credits ("Credit"), which may be redeemed on the Spider Platform ("Platform") . By redeeming or using Credit, you agree to these Credit Terms, the Spider Platform Terms, and the Spider Terms and Policies (as defined in the Spider Platform Terms). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Spider Terms and Policies.

• The offer is limited to one per customer.
• A valid credit card is on file.
• You are located in a geographic region where the Credit is offered.
• You are legally permitted to receive and use the Credit.
• Once Credit is issued, a user can no longer claim another offer. Claim the offer at the time it is presented.
• The offer may be revoked at any time, for any reason, by Spider.

• To qualify for the reward, you must make a single purchase equal to or greater than the promotional price.
• Credit can be claimed via the pricing page .
• Credit applies to future costs only. Credit cannot be applied to costs accrued before the promotional offer was added to your account.

Spider may, in its sole discretion, exclude any user from a special offer or promotion — including if Spider believes the user is attempting to claim multiple offers by opening multiple accounts.
