UsersshouldreadthisUserAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoas"Agreement")carefullybeforeusingtheservicesprovidedbythetechnologydevelopers(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoas"technologydevelopers").Oncetheuserlogsinorusestheservicesofthetechnologydeveloper,itisdeemedthattheuserhasunderstoodandexpresslyagreedtothecontentsofthisagreement,andthisagreementwillimmediatelytakelegaleffectbetweentheuserandthetechnologydeveloper.Allactivitiesofuserslogginginandusingthisproductandserviceswillbeboundbythisagreementandassumecorrespondingresponsibilitiesandobligations.Iftheuserdoesnotagreewithanycontentofthisagreement,pleasestopusingalltheservicesprovidedbythetechnologydeveloperimmediately.Accordingtothe"NetworkSecurityLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina",the"ProvisionsontheProtectionofPersonalInformationofTelecommunicationsandInternetUsers"andrelevantlawsandregulations,andinaccordancewiththerelevantagreementsbetweenthetechnologydeveloperanditspartners,theusermustexpresslyauthorizethetechnologydevelopertocooperatePartners(hereinafterreferredtoas"partners"),herebyexpresslyauthorizeandentrusttechnologydevelopersandtheiraffiliatestopassofficialorrelevantreal-nameauthenticationplatforms,creditinformationplatforms(includingbutnotlimitedto:creditreportingagencies,bankcreditinformationplatforms,onlineLendingplatform,consumerfinanceplatform,third-partypaymentplatform,providentfundplatform,investmentandwealthmanagementplatform,etc.)andotherrelatedplatformstoquery,verify,storetheuser'spersonalcreditinformation,andoutputittopartnersforevaluationandreferenceuseoftheuser'spersonalcredit.Theuserunderstandsandagreesthatthespecificauthorizedquery,verification,storageandoutputcontentshallbesubjecttothequery,verification,storageandoutputrequestedbythepartnerandtheactualquery,verification,storageandoutputinformationofthetechnologydeveloperanditsaffiliates.Thetechnologydeveloperanditsaffiliateswillprocesstherelevantpersonalinformationwithinthescopeofauthorization(includingbutnotlimitedtoencryptionprocessing,maskprocessingandotherallnecessaryprocessingtoachievethepurposeoftherelevantagreementtoprotectthepersonalinformationofusers)andItisonlyprovidedforpartnerstouse,butdisputesbetweenusersandpartnersduetothevalidityoftheauthorization,thecontentofauthorization,thescopeofauthorization,andtheperiodofauthorizationhavenothingtodowiththetechnologydeveloper.Iftheuserhasanyobjectionordisputetotheabove-mentionedauthorizedmattersofthepartner,heshouldimmediatelystopusingalltheservicesprovidedbythetechnologydeveloper.Whenauserusesthisservice,itmeansthattheuserhasexpresslyauthorizedthepartners,technologydevelopersandtheiraffiliatestoinquire,verify,process,store,andusetheirpersonalinformationwithintheagreedscope,andtoverifythevalidityoftheauthorizationandthecontentoftheinquiryandverification.Therearenofactualorlegalobjectionsordisputesaboutthequeryandverificationplatform,processingmethods,scopeofuseandotherrelatedmatters.Inviewofthefactthattheusermustauthorizethepartnerandbeinformedbythepartnerbeforeentering,logginginandusingtheservice,whentheuserlogsinorusestheservice,itisdeemedthatthereisalegal,Sufficient,necessaryandirrevocableauthorization,andtheuserisclearlyawareoftherelevantadverseeffectsthatmaybecausedbyhisauthorizationtoproviderelevantinformation,suchasnegativecreditevaluation.Inordertoprotecttheuser'spersonalinformation,thetechnologydeveloperwilltakereasonablemeasurestokeeptheuser'sinformationstrictlyconfidential,andatthesametimeurgeandrequirethespecificpartnertokeepitstrictlyconfidential.Withouttheauthorizationoftheuser,thetechnologydeveloperanditsaffiliateswillnotprovideuserinformationtoanyotherparty.1.Inordertoenhancetheuserexperienceandimprovetheservicecontent,thetechnologydeveloperwillcontinuetostrivetoprovideuserswithapplicationupdatesfromtimetotime(theseupdatesmaytaketheformofapplicationreplacement,modification,functionenhancement,versionupgrade,etc.).2.Inordertoimprovetheuserexperienceandensurethesecurityoftheserviceandtheconsistencyofthefunctions,thetechnologydeveloperhastherighttoupdatetheapplicationwithoutspecialnoticetotheuser,ortochangeorlimitsomeofthefunctionaleffectsoftheapplication.6.Userpersonalinformationprotection1.Protectionofusers'personalinformationisabasicprincipleoftechnologydevelopers,andtechnologydeveloperswilltakereasonablemeasurestoprotectusers'personalinformation.Exceptasprovidedbylawsandregulationsandauthorizedbytheuser,thetechnologydeveloperwillnotdiscloseordisclosetheuser'spersonalinformationtoanythirdpartywithouttheuser'spermission.2.Usersmayneedtofillinsomenecessaryinformationintheprocessofloggingintoanaccountorusingtheservice.Iftheinformationfilledbytheuserisuntrueorincomplete,theservicemaynotbeusednormally.3.Undernormalcircumstances,userscanbrowseandmodifytheinformationsubmittedbythemselvesatanytime,butforsecurityandidentityreasons,usersmaynotbeabletomodifytheinitialregistrationinformationandotherverificationinformationprovidedduringregistration.4.Thetechnologydeveloperwillusevarioussecuritytechnologiesandprocedurestoest
